Moving Out & The Break Lease Policy

We do not offer a break lease clause in any of our agreements but if at any time you decide you would like to move out we can begin marketing your unit to prospective renters. You will be responsible for your lease agreement, and rent for the full duration of your lease agreement OR until we find a prospective renter who is approved and has signed a lease agreement for your suite.
