In order to move forward on reserving the unit you must submit a completed application along with a color copy of your driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate or passport, and proof of income or most current paystub. We will also need the $75 application fee (per applicant), $99 administrative fee (per unit), and $340 security deposit. You can submit payment in the form of a check or via a credit card (cc’ form attached with application). At that time we will take the unit off of the market and process your application. Once approved, we will draft up a lease for you to review and then schedule a time for you to come into the office to sign your lease.
To complete your application for a commercial unit, we require that you pay the first and second month's rent upfront at the lease signing. No security deposit is required. All commercial properties are NNN, and you are required to pay for your own utilities, as well as the pro-rata share of real estate taxes and insurance.
